Corporate Reset offers organizations a unique alternative to the traditional company meeting, retreat, or team-building day. Set in the peaceful environment of Reigning Hope Ranch, groups can step away from the distractions and routines of the workplace to meet, connect, and recharge in a setting intentionally designed to encourage presence and meaningful connection. Organizations may rent private meeting space for strategic planning, leadership meetings, trainings, workshops, or team gatherings and enhance their day with a guided Reset experience at the ranch. Through facilitated, non-riding interactions with horses, participants explore concepts such as communication, self-awareness, stress regulation, leadership, boundaries, and connection. Corporate Reset experiences can be customized to complement the goals and schedule of each organization, from a short experiential session incorporated into a meeting day to a more immersive team retreat. No horse experience is necessary. The goal is simple: create space for teams to step outside their normal environment, strengthen connection, gain perspective, and return to their work with greater clarity, resilience, and purpose. *Pricing based on 6 attendees for 90 minutes.
