Service Description

Experience the Power of Presence Are you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in a cycle of "high alert"? Step out of the noise and into the pasture. CORE (Equine Co-Regulation) is a unique, ground-based wellness experience designed to help you reset your nervous system. Unlike traditional coaching or riding lessons, CORE focuses on the biological "sync" between human and horse. Because horses live entirely in the present moment, they serve as a living mirror—helping you lower your heart rate, deepen your breath, and find a profound sense of peace. What’s Included 60-Minute Guided Experience: A private or small-group session led by a trained facilitator. Nervous System Reset: Learn to identify and shift your internal energy using the horse’s natural calm as a guide. Ground-Based Interaction: No riding involved. Focus on grooming, mindful breathing, and reflective movement. A Space to Just "Be": No judgments, no expectations, and no need to "talk it out." Is CORE Right for You? This session is ideal for anyone looking to: Reduce Stress: Move from "fight or flight" into a state of relaxation. Build Self-Awareness: Gain immediate, non-judgmental feedback on your energy. Recharge: Perfect for caregivers, high-stress professionals, and those navigating life transitions.
